After a long day of waiting in line to buy bikinis, I felt like a sweet treat was well deserved. So we stopped at Olympic Cafe for lunch in Kapa'a. We got the famous mud pie to share and trust me when I say it was huge. It was at least 9 inches tall and 6 inches wide. There were layers of chocolate and coffee ice cream with macadamia nuts and coconut flakes. It was drizzled with chocolate sauce all on top of a brownie oreo cookie crust. Needless to say it was a delicious. If you're ever in Kapa'a and have a bit of a sweet tooth, bring a bunch of friends to tackle on this mountain of a ice cream pie. It was only $8.95 but for the amount you get it is definitely worth it.
