PAINA CAFE: HAWAIIAN BOWL

I am Hawaiian and I love Hawaiian food. That is no secret. Pa'ina Cafe is a eatery located in Ward Warehouse and Koko Marina Center. Pa'ina specializes in Poke Bowls of all sorts. There are custom made poke bowls or you can create your own. I have blogged about Pa'ina Cafe's Spicy Crunch Bowl but now I am choosing to feature the Hawaiian Poke Bowl that contains rice (white or brown), lomi salmon, kalua pig and your choice of poke. I chose the classic shoyu poke but other opinions include spicy tuna, salmon poke, etc. I normally get this bowl for a quick dinner (on nights I have a ton of homework) because it is a lot more hearty than the average poke bowl. This bowl of gold will surely fill you up and is absolutely scrumptious. A perfect pair to any poke bowl is Pa'ina Cafe's Plantation Iced Tea, which I get every single time. It is the perfect ratio of tea and pineapple juice in my opinion. I am salivating over this meal as I write this post. I could eat this combo every week if I could.
