Trader Joes is a gold mine of wonderful healthy goodies. My bosses shared with me this Cowboy bark which has dark chocolate, nuts, toffee, pretzels and cookies. It was absolutely to die for and my new favorite treat. So on my recent trip to Seattle, I made a special trip to Trader Joes to get a bag of these babies. After 5 days, I am almost out so looks like I am going to go on a trip to get some more. I'll use that as the excuse.
